Iced coffee with espresso and dark agave syrup
Directions
- Whip three tablespoons of the cream.
- Heat the milk together with 1 tablespoon of cream until the mixture is well combined. Keep stirring well to prevent it from curdling!
- Make the espresso.
- Put the ice cubes in a highball glass.
- Add the milk, followed by the espresso.
- Add the de Traay agave syrup.
- Spoon the whipped cream on top.
