The family’s passion for honey led them to turn a weekend hobby into something big. Beekeeper Miguel’s dream grew to the point where it became one of Brazil’s leading honey exporters. It all began in 1990, when his father, along with his family, saw an opportunity to earn extra income through honey. They spent their weekends tending to the beehives, producing and processing honey near their home. The honey produced by the family was sold in the Nova Era and Vale do Aço regions, in the state of Minas Gerais.
Beekeeper Nazar
In the vast landscapes of Bulgaria, where fields of flowers stretch as far as the eye can see, coloring the horizon, beekeeper Nazar tends to his bee colonies with passion and skill. As a member of a cooperative of dedicated beekeepers, he works every day to produce pure, natural honey, always placing respect for the bees and nature at the center of his work. Bulgaria has a rich beekeeping tradition and, thanks to its fertile soil, diverse flora, and favorable climate, offers ideal conditions for the production of high-quality honey.
Beekeepers from Moldova
A delicious wildflower honey is produced among the rolling hills, fields of wildflowers, and vast forests of Moldova. The beekeeping operation was founded in 2014 with just 100 beehives. What began as a small-scale operation has grown into one of Moldova’s leading honey producers. Today, the company has hundreds of its own bee colonies and collaborates with beekeepers from across the country. Its mission, however, has remained the same: to make pure, natural honey of Moldovan origin available to consumers both at home and abroad.
Beekeepers from Mexico
In the Mexican state of Yucatán, where tropical forests, wildflowers, and vast nature reserves converge, honey has been produced for generations. One of the most distinctive products is Yucatán flower honey, also known as polyflora honey. This honey is produced when bees collect nectar from various flowering plants throughout the season.
